It used to be a beautiful resort and you would lose a couple times and then have a nice win. The drink staff is limited on the floor so you have better luck leaving your machine to get your own! The last 3 times we stayed at the hotel we noticed chipped tiles on the walls (in the hallways) and we were kept awake due to construction banging! The players around you are all screaming about how tight the machines are. They slam their bodies into you to reach cups between the machines. The cleaning staff in the casino is rude. You used to be able to play all night on $50 - now your lucky to play an hour on $200. They must be set to the lowest payout now. The food has gone downhill at the buffet! The slots no longer play the way they did 5 years ago. We have watched as they cut players comp ($15 twice a month for us, as Platinum's). My wife and I have both been Platinum Members for years.
